Order Confirmation
All orders placed will be confirmed by e-mail. The contract between you (customer) and Les petits Horlogers (LE GOLFEUR DU QUARTIER GMBH) is entered by submitting the order and electronically accepting the terms and conditions. By ordering, you accept our terms and conditions and all prices. We reserve the right not to deliver in the event that the stock level was incorrect at the time of receiving the order. Should we be unable to deliver, we will contact you and give you the opportunity to cancel the order or choose a different colour/size.

Status
By placing an order through our site, you warrant that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts and that you are at least 18 years old.

Payment
Please pay by bankwire, your credit card (Mastercard, Visa, American Express), or through Paypal.

Credit Cards
All credit card holders are subject to validity checks and approval by the card issuer. If the card issuer refuses to approve the payment, please contact them directly to resolve the problem. Les petits Horlogers is not liable for delays or non-delivery.

Pre-payment
If you place an order and select bank transfer as the payment method, Les petits Horlogers will start processing your order only after your payment has been received. If no payment is received within 7 business days after you have placed your order, your order will be cancelled.
For international and Swiss shipping, we only allow pre-payments.

Fees
We do not apply any fees for payments by bank transfer, but please be aware that some financial institutions charge a fee for bank transfers. Bank transfers are only considered confirmed once you have received an order confirmation by email.

Shipping

  • Switzerland: Free shipping for orders of CHF 100.- or more. Otherwise, a flat rate of CHF 12.-.
  • EU & UK: Free shipping for orders of CHF 200.- or more. Otherwise, a flat rate of CHF 38.-.
  • Worldwide: Free shipping for orders of CHF 300.- or more. Otherwise, a flat rate of CHF 58.-.

All orders will be dispatched every weekend of the week the order took place. All orders will be sent by Fedex. As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a tracking number via email to track your order on https://www.fedex.com. Depending on your location, please allow 2 – 4 working days for your goods to arrive.
We cannot ship to P.O. boxes.

Transportation Risk
Les petits Horlogers doesn’t bear the risk of transportation.

International Shipping
All goods of Les petits Horlogers are shipped from Switzerland. If the customer is not from Switzerland, there will be customs duties, which the customer has to pay themselves. These fees are not included in the price of Les petits Horlogers and have to be paid by the customer.

Vintage Watches
All watches are curated by Nicolas. He tries to find special and unique watches.

Service Watches
All watches are not serviced unless specifically mentioned. If a service is desired, we have it done for an additional charge.
The check service only checks the operating condition and whether the watch has been properly cleaned. This check service does not guarantee precision or accuracy.
A full service guarantees precision and accuracy. The full service is offered at an additional cost with a warranty of at least 1 year.

Warranty
Les petits Horlogers warrants that all watches are original as described, authentic, and in good working order. As the products for sale tend to be very old and temperamental, we do not provide extended service warranties. Further, Les petits Horlogers does not overhaul movements unless necessary or otherwise noted.

Les Petits Horlogers Vintage Clothes
The clothes are all personally selected by me. It happens that certain clothes have traces of use, but that is what makes them so unique.

Looking After Vintage Clothing

  • Most cotton and cotton blend clothes can be washed in the machine at 30°C.
  • Preferably all woollen clothes should be hand washed, however, they can also be machine washed as long as your machine is equipped with the wool label option.

Keep in mind that the clothes we offer have been used before and that some of them are more fragile (depending on age and condition). Always remember this before washing.
It is advisable to leave your clothes hanging to dry rather than tumble drying.

Refund
In the event of a refund, we will pay the amount paid by the customer, deducting the costs incurred. By costs, we mean bank transfer fees, credit card fees, Paypal fees, shipping fees, or export & import fees.

Right to Return
The right of return applies only to Swiss orders. Any international order has no right of return.
You can only return the purchased products with a credible reason within 7 days of receipt. All returns must be sent back in their original condition and packaging. The right of return applies only to unworn, unwashed, and faultless items. The cost for returning merchandise is paid by the customer. In the case of an exchange, we will cover the cost of shipping the new item to you. Shipping costs, customs duties, and all other costs for the return of products are not covered by Les petits Horlogers and must be paid in full by the customer.
To return an item, please contact customer services via info@nicolaslepetithorloger.ch to obtain the return form which must be included with your return.

Data Protection
Les petits Horlogers is committed to respecting your privacy rights. Your data is protected by the most modern security. Personal data is collected, saved, and used exclusively for the purpose of processing your order. We do not forward personal data to a third party. However, this does not apply with regard to subcontractors of Les petits Horlogers, such as parcel services, credit card issuers, etc., which request the data in order to process your order.
You can request the change, modification, or deletion of your personal data at any time.

Force Majeure
We have the right to assert force majeure in the event of war, warlike event, civil war, revolution, government sanction, strike, lockout, blockade, natural disaster, or the like. This means that the agreement will not need to be fulfilled in part or in full. Should this, contrary to expectation, occur, we would attempt to notify you.

Applicable Law
This contract shall be governed exclusively by Swiss law to the exclusion of the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods as well as reference to the legal conventions of other countries.
